The Nebraska Center for Mass Spectrometry (NCMS) is located in Hamilton Hall on the UNL city campus near downtown Lincoln, NE. The Center currently has four mass spectrometers that are available for research and service in investigating secondary, tertiary and quaternary structural features of proteins and identifying changes in lens protein structure that are associated with cataractogenesis. |
